The James family
reveals the true secrets about the life with the outlaws.
After 3 generations
of keeping the family secrets about Jesse and Frank, the truth comes out. In
a statement this week, Mr. James, a descendant of the James family, said The family has heard and read about all the lies and myths about the James boys all of our lives. Now
we want to set the record straight with the facts.
He said most all
of the books and movies have been based around the family information that lived in Kearney, MO and what the newspapers had
to say about Jesse and Frank. Meanwhile, everyone has over looked the other part of James family that helped them throughout
the years, knowing about every move the boys made and what the boys did to stay alive.
"Mr. James" said
that a movie will soon be under way that will take you back in history and show just how many people were involved with helping
the boys and why. He also said the James family kept the stories to themselves
in order to protect the still-living families at the time. Now that most of family members have passed away, the real truth
about Jesse and Frank can be told. We want to put to rest the most misunderstood
pack of lies and myths about the boys that the family has had to live with throughout our lives, he added.
The movie will
take you back to about the 1780s and show how the family grew to become a very well respected family in the community. It goes on to tell how the family first came to Missouri and the hardships they faced
over the years. The movie reveals the secrets of what the James family and other related families encountered with the railroad
land grabbers, and how the family was divided due to the hard times of the Civil war. It reveals the secrets of why Jesse,
Frank and the boys started their lives as outlaws, and about the robberies that occurred in Missouri and throughout the states.
The movie also reveals many of the friends that helped hide the boys and why they where never caught. It tells about secret fights among the family, how they were so against telling lies to cover up the boys
actions, but had to stick together to keep the boys as safe as they could. The
movie reveals the truth about the so-called death of Jesse and how it was all planned. It tells the truth about Jesse and
Zee, and what went on in their relationship. The movie also tells about Frank, and why he was pardoned by the Governor of
the State of Missouri.
"Mr. James" said
There is so much to tell about the family and what really happened, we have had a hard time deciding what to include or leave
out of the movie. We want to tell the truth and only the truth about the boys. They lived a very active life and were always
on the move and we just had to take some things out. He stated that there are
going to be genealogy and historical researchers out there that are going to want to prove the movie wrong. But until they have walked in the real James shoes, and lived with the stories from the family, their only
hope of proving me wrong is to be born a true James and to have lived with the knowledge of the area as I have
for over 50 years, he added.
More about the movie and family information will be released in the upcoming weeks.
